I love my homemade breakfast bars. This week I started with a basic recipe for chocolate bars and added a bunch of stuff, omitting other ingredients so it looked like this:

They are quite delicious. Again, since there are no preservatives, I store them in the freezer and keep a few days' worth in the refrigerator for grab and go purposes.
